RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

We love our customers. Therefore, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee*. If you for some reason don’t like the experience or how the product performs, just contact us within 30 days of delivery for your refund. All Returns subject to a 20% restock fee at our discretion. A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order. *Please note that the Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to discounted products.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. The costs of return shipping, handling and other such costs will be deducted from your refund. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Return Policy does not apply to our free products.
